PersonaHub Financial is an advanced Enterprise-Grade Artificial Intelligence Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) specifically engineered for real-time hospitality financial performance analysis.
This application features a strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) hierarchy to prevent unauthorized staff from accessing sensitive financial data.
Board of Directors / Hotel Group Owners. Has exclusive access to the /corporate page to view Multi-Tenant Leaderboards, Cross-Branch Market Share, and the Grand Total Portfolio for the Holding Company.
General Managers / Financial Controllers. Can only view their assigned property. Has authority to add departments, lock financial periods (Closing Book), and manage Staff accounts.
Accountants / Data Entry Admins. Responsible solely for inputting numbers (Actual & Budget) on the Ledger menu. No authority to alter hotel configurations.
Your property's fundamental configurations are managed via the Admin Setup (/admin) menu.
Select the 'User Access' tab to add accounting staff. To unlock specific A La Carte AI Module licenses, contact your PersonaHub Account Manager. Hotel Admins can only create Staff roles.
We designed a foolproof billing system. If you have 10 days left on your license, a Yellow Warning Screen appears. Once expired, a Red Screen activates (Read-Only mode), halting data saving. Renew immediately at /billing to unlock your historical data.
The AI engine requires a financial blueprint. Navigate to 'Department Setup' and create departments based on these 4 types:

For Executive Directors or Hotel Group Owners (Corporate Admin Role), the exclusive /corporate page displays a consolidated real-time performance view of all properties under the same Entity Name on a single command center screen.
Accounting staff must use the Ledger Entry (/input) page to input the monthly Profit and Loss statement.
After the month-end evaluation, the General Manager must press the red 'CLOSE / LOCK DATA' button. This high-level audit feature permanently locks all numbers for that month, preventing staff modifications. Secure Enterprise systems require protection against back-dating fraud.
The Dashboard (/dashboard) displays key performance indicators cleanly, without requiring complex interpretations.
Need hard copies for Management? Click the Export button at the top right of the Dashboard. In milliseconds, PersonaHub formats your data into a beautiful PDF ready for presentation, or a raw formatted Excel (.xlsx) file. Executives will love it.
