As a B2B-based financial intelligence platform, PersonaHub Financial (“PersonaHub”) processes operational and business data provided directly by Clients through the use of our services.
Types of data that may be processed include but are not limited to:

- Hotel performance statistics such as Occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
- Account information and company profiles.
- Other operational data inputted by authorized Client users.
PersonaHub only collects data that is consciously and voluntarily provided by users with authorization to the respective company accounts.
2. Use of Client Data
PersonaHub uses Client data solely to support the core functionality of the service, including:
- Presentation of analytical dashboards.
- Generation of operational reports and data visualization.
- Document exports such as PDF and Excel.
- Enhancement of system performance and security.
3. Data Storage and Security
Client data is stored on cloud infrastructure that implements modern industry-standard security and encryption mechanisms. PersonaHub implements reasonable technical and administrative measures to help protect data from unauthorized access, data loss, system misuse, or unauthorized data alteration.
Nevertheless, no method of digital data transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free.
4. Data Rights and Control
Clients have full control over the data entered into the PersonaHub system, including the right to:
- Update or modify financial data entry values.
- Delete specific data from the ledger.
- Manage user access limitations (staff / manager).
- Terminate the use of services according to the company's operational needs.
Requests for comprehensive data deletion can be made through the account administrator or official PersonaHub channels.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Client data will be stored for the duration of the active service period and in accordance with the system's operational needs.
If the Client permanently terminates the use of services, PersonaHub may retain data for a limited retention period for security, internal audit, or administrative compliance purposes before permanent deletion is executed.
Generally, the permanent data deletion process from the database server is executed within a maximum of 90 (ninety) calendar days after service termination.
6. Privacy Policy Updates
PersonaHub may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to align with service developments, operational requirements, or changes in applicable legal regulations. The latest version will be published directly on the PersonaHub platform along with its update date notes.
