PersonaHub is built upon a Multi-Tenant Row Level Security (RLS) architecture at the database level to ensure strict and structured data isolation between tenants.
Through this approach, each hotel or business entity can only access data within its respective authorization scope. Financial, operational, and internal reporting data remain strictly isolated despite operating on shared cloud infrastructure.
2. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
PersonaHub implements a JWT (JSON Web Token)-based Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) mechanism to ensure that every user can only access features and information according to their authorized access level.
For instance, administrative staff only have access to the operational input module, whereas the executive dashboard, consolidated reports, and strategic data are strictly restricted to specific management tiers such as General Managers or Corporate Executives.
3. Encryption & Credential Protection
All data communication between user devices and PersonaHub servers is secured using modern SSL/TLS (HTTPS) encryption standards.
Authentication credentials are saved using encrypted hashing mechanisms, ensuring that user passwords cannot be read directly, even by PersonaHub's internal team.
