Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the PersonaHub Financial platform (the "Service"), your company or business entity (the "Client") is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined in this document.

If the Client does not agree to any or all of the applicable terms, the Client is strictly prohibited from using the PersonaHub Service.

2. Service Usage License

PersonaHub grants the Client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service solely for the internal operational needs of the company, subject to the applicable terms.

The Client is strictly prohibited from:

  • Copying, modifying, distributing, or replicating any part or the entirety of the platform's system and infrastructure.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code from the PersonaHub system.
  • Reselling, leasing, or distributing Service access to third parties without prior written consent from PersonaHub.
  • Using the platform for activities that violate the laws and regulations applicable in the Republic of Indonesia.

3. Subscription, Billing, and Service Termination

Access to specific features and dashboards is granted based on an active subscription status.

If the subscription period expires and payment is not renewed, PersonaHub reserves the right to restrict partial service access, downgrade the account to read-only mode, or temporarily suspend user access until the payment obligation is fulfilled.

Client Data will be securely retained for a maximum of 90 (ninety) calendar days following service termination before permanent deletion, in accordance with PersonaHub's internal data retention policy.

4. Data Security and Confidentiality

PersonaHub implements commercially reasonable technical and administrative security standards to protect Client data from unauthorized access, data loss, or system misuse.

All Client business information, operational data, and internal reports are treated as strictly confidential information and shall not be sold or disclosed to third parties.

5. Service Availability

PersonaHub strives to maintain optimal service stability, security, and availability. However, the Client acknowledges that digital services may experience temporary disruptions due to system maintenance, infrastructure updates, network outages, or other technical factors beyond PersonaHub's reasonable control.

PersonaHub does not guarantee that the service will always be completely free from interruptions or operational errors.

6. Limitation of Liability

PersonaHub Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Although PersonaHub endeavors to provide data, visualizations, and reports with optimal accuracy, the Client remains solely responsible for any business, financial, or operational decisions made based on the use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PersonaHub shall not be liable for any financial loss, loss of business profits, loss of data, operational disruptions, or any other indirect damages arising from the use of the Service.

7. Modification of Terms

PersonaHub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time in response to operational requirements, service enhancements, or changes in applicable regulations. The latest version will be published on the PersonaHub platform and becomes effective upon the date of announcement.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the Service shall first be resolved amicably through good faith negotiations before pursuing legal action in the appropriate jurisdiction.
