Account & Billing
Upon registration, you automatically receive full access to the features of your selected plan for 30 days without needing a credit card. After the trial period ends, the system will lock into read-only mode until you renew your license.
Certainly. If you are currently on the Boutique plan and wish to add branch properties, you can upgrade to Corporate Standard or Enterprise. The billing system (invoice) will calculate the prorated remaining active period.
We use Midtrans as our official Payment Gateway. You can pay securely and automatically via Virtual Account (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI), Credit Card, QRIS, or e-Wallet.
Data Input & General Ledger
No. PersonaHub Financial is designed for monthly data input (Month-End / Month-to-Date). You simply need to enter the summary figures from your PMS (Property Management System) or accounting system at the end or middle of each month.
Staff with 'Hotel Admin' or 'Corporate Admin' access can edit the general ledger of previous months. However, for auditing purposes, all numerical changes will be recorded in our Security Audit Log system.
Yes. The general ledger structure in PersonaHub is highly dynamic. You can manage, add, or hide operational departments (Room, F&B, SPA) and expense accounts through the 'Admin Console' menu.
AI CFO & Security
Yes. The AI CFO Assistant analyzes directly from the general ledger figures (Gross Operating Profit, Total Revenue, etc.) that you input. Rest assured, the data is transmitted securely via encryption, isolated in a multi-tenant architecture, and the AI is strictly configured solely to provide financial insights.
Highly secure. We utilize cloud infrastructure with Row Level Security (RLS). This means Hotel A's data is physically isolated from Hotel B's in the database. Even the internal PersonaHub team does not have direct access to read your general ledger contents without permission.
Certainly. Every module features an 'Export Executive Report' function that allows you to download comprehensive reports in PDF format for BOD presentations, or in Excel format for further processing.
